Argihood by The Core Companies includes 361 dwelling units at a density of 63 DU/acre. 30% of the 165 units in the senior building will be reserved for our honorable military veterans. A further 10% of the 160 unit apartment building will be deed restricted affordable units at ~110-120 AMI. The plan includes a cafe and includes 1.6 acres of agricultural open space with a rainwater capture cistern and an associated commercial/education building. The site expects to produce 11,000 lbs of produce each year.
