Page Street Studios by Charities Housing includes 82 affordable studio apartments in a five- or six-story building. The development would allocate 0.75 parking spaces per unit, and Charities Housing would provide VTA transit passes to residents to encourage use of public transportation. The development is located just off of San Carlos Street, a priority transportation thoroughfare for the City of San Jose. Page Street Studios was not scored by the Project Advocacy Committee members.
